If you have had enough of the April showers let the latest edition of #ATEMatters from LPG brighten up your day!

First up, a recent judgment regarding disclosure of litigation funding arrangements and whether you need to.  A must read especially if you have funded cases without ATE insurance protection! The rather concerning Supreme Court decision taken which lead to UKSC 29 (PACCAR) has been reversed and the rules around litigation funding agreements are to be amended so again, well worth a read.

The question of whether time spent at rehabilitation meetings is a recoverable cost is hopefully answered in Hadley v Przybylo and we finish off this month with an update on mixed injury claims which will be welcome to any of your colleagues involved in Personal Injury work.

As always, do please let us know if you have any comments on #ATEMatters or ATE insurance and funding.  We are only to happy to try and assist or give advice.
