With nearly 30 years’ experience of risk management and regulatory compliance, Ian brings expertise and a strategic perspective developed at some of the UK’s leading insurance companies with experience of implementing risk frameworks, integrating acquired firms and managing outsourcing and third-party relationships. Ian excels at distilling regulatory complexity into pragmatic solutions to drive growth, resilience, and positive outcomes. His strategic mindset, focus on consumer outcomes and stakeholder management will be invaluable as we continue to expand our business.
