We are pleased to announce that James Jobling has joined Legal Protection Group in the newly created role of Product & Marketing Director, ATE.
James has vast experience of advising on the structure and placement of ATE Insurance and working with Underwriters to develop bespoke ATE Insurance products.
Having been in the Commercial Litigation ATE Insurance market since 2008, he originally created and established the ATE Insurance offering at Marsh and he was then recruited to lead the Business Development & Sales Strategy for leading ATE Insurer, AmTrust International.
His network consists of Law Firms, Insurers, Insurance Brokers, Litigation Funders, and Insolvency Practitioners, across a variety of jurisdictions.
James joins the current ATE Team of Richard Whale, Alison Heard and Ashok Bansal.
