Is your Motor Legal Expenses policy ready for the Civil Liability Act?

Some pretty big changes are heading our way in May with the implementation of the Civil Liability Act. Once implemented this Act will reform how small value injury claims will be handled and this is predicted to hit over 90% of motor accident injuries.

This will have significant implications to how customers are protected by their Motor Legal Expenses policies. Has your current provider been in contact to advise you of the implications?

We are delighted to announce the launch of our Motor Legal Expenses policy to make things easier for both brokers and their clients. If you would like to discuss the implications and how our product will provide protection to you and your clients please get in contact.
